Thornburg to explain accounting

Thornburg Mortgage Inc. said Wednesday it will hold a conference call to explain the valuation and accounting for its recent $1.35 billion financing transaction and override agreement.

The call, which will be Webcast live through a link at www.thornburgmortgage.com, will run from 10-11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 25.

A replay of the call will be available beginning at 2 p.m. June 25, and ending at 11:59 p.m. July 25. The replay dial-in number is (888) 286-8010 in the U.S. and (617) 801-6888 internationally.
