Consultant Business Improvement Financial Services
Our newly established Business Improvement Practice is tasked with providing leadership to the identification and implementation of business improvement initiatives across the company. Consultants will not only have the ability to spot opportunities and design improvements, but also the tools, skills, confidence and track record to implement those improvements and ensure that they are sustainable.
The specific requirement is for a Business Improvement Consultant who not only has experience of identifying and leading business improvement initiatives, but who also has a background in Financial Services and Compliance. Any exposure to Lean and/or Six Sigma would be advantageous.
This role is attached to our Compliance Practice which comprises: Legal/Regulatory; Internal Audit; Financial Crime and MLRO: Monitoring; Operational Risk and Business Services Strategy. Knowledge of governance, risk and regulation within an FS environment is therefore essential.
Our consultants are key to instituting a culture of Continuous Improvement within a highly respected Financial Services company. This role will give you considerable exposure to other business areas and therefore an increased knowledge base on which to build your career.
