Arthur J Gallagher And Co acquires Fla life insurance broker no terms

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (NYSE:AJG) Wednesday said it's acquired Life Insurance Strategies, a private life insurance broker headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Financial terms weren't disclosed.

Shares of Itasca, Ill.-based Gallagher, provider of insurance brokerage and risk management services, rose 1.2% to $24.92 in late trades.
