Fairmont Specialty Creates Transportation Insurance Unit

Fairmont Specialty, part of the Crum & Forster insurance group, today announced the formation of the Fairmont Specialty Transportation Division.
Frank Mancl and Tom Donnelly will join Fairmont Specialty as Vice Presidents, Transportation to lead the new unit. The new Division will be located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

The Transportation Division, working through specialty retail agents across the country, will focus on serving the insurance needs of small transportation accounts. According to Marc Adee, President of Fairmont Specialty, "Fairmont Specialty concentrates on underserved business segments where we can add value through our expert underwriting, loss control and claims services. We view transportation as an excellent opportunity and believe that Mr. Mancl and Mr. Donnelly have the right expertise to create a business that will be around for the long haul."

Tom Donnelly is an attorney, CPCU, and licensed agent whose career includes executive positions with Great West Casualty, Sentry Transportation and John Deere Transportation. Frank Mancl has an extensive background in underwriting including executive positions with John Deere Transportation, Sentry Transportation and Zurich.
