James Murray Joins Chicago Office of Elijah Technologies

Elijah Technologies, Ltd., a firm specializing in computer forensic investigations, electronic discovery and litigation support services, is pleased to announce that James Murray has joined as Director of Computer Forensic Services. Mr. Murray comes to Elijah from Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP, where he was a Senior Manager in their Analytic and Forensic Technology practice, and has previous private sector experience as a Senior Manager at Grant Thornton LLP, where he led that firm's computer forensics practice in Chicago. His public sector experience includes serving as Deputy Director at the Chicago Regional Computer Forensics Laboratory, and as a Master Sergeant at the Illinois State Police Electronic Investigations Section.

Mr. Murray's numerous certifications in the field have included Encase Certified Examiner (Guidance Software), Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (IACIS), Certified Electronic Evidence Collection Specialist (IACIS), Seized Computer Evidence Recovery Specialist (FLETC), A+ Computer Technician (COMPTIA), Network+ (COMPTIA) and Field Examiner (FBI Computer Analysis and Response Team). Mr. Murray is a Past President of the High Technology Crime Investigation Association and is a Member of the Computer Security and Forensic Investigation Certificate Advisory Committee for Wilbur Wright College.
