The Guinness Partnership outsources payroll services to ICS Computing

ICS Computing, a payroll outsourcing services provider in the UK, has announced that it will offer managed and bureau payroll services to housing association The Guinness Partnership.

ICS is a privately owned provider of payroll services, offering outsourced payroll, HR and payroll software, HR and payroll services and HR and payroll process consultancy. Its payroll services promise specialist account management, performance monitoring and credits regime, scalable and flexible services, integration with HR and Finance, ERP systems, comprehensive data access, instant analysis and management information and customised implementation.

The Guinness Partnership has 2000 employees and provides accommodation to more than 100,000 people in over 50,000 homes across the UK. As per the new contract, ICS will provide Guinness with bureau and managed payroll services for all its employees across four sites.

Bureau services will be offered to two of the Guinness sites for payroll processing, while managed services for the other two sites include outputs such as BACS payments, employee payslips, returns to third parties and revenue commissioners, reports, year-end returns and implementation of new legislative requirements. The managed service also includes management of data entry, validation of payments and provision of payroll expertise. The service levels are flexible to suit Guinness's future requirements.

Katherine Rudkin, group operations manager, Guinness, said: "ICS was able to demonstrate a deep understanding of our requirements and to provide the degree of flexibility we need as well as a high level of expertise.
